Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of nona99 Services

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with nona99. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, and you may not access or use any Account belonging to another person.

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by our registration form. nona99 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Danamon. We also accept deposits via e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50.000). Maximum deposit limits may vary based on your payment method and account status. VIP members may be eligible for higher deposit limits upon request.
Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to technical issues or verification requirements. Withdrawal requests must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
nona99 strives to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal requests may require additional verification and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process.
nona99 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond our control. The net amount you receive will reflect any fees charged by your financial institution.
The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100.000). There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but unusually large withdrawals may be processed in multiple installments for security purposes.
In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager your deposited amount at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees and additional verification requirements. nona99 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
Bonuses and promotions offered by nona99 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Not all users may be eligible for all promotions. nona99 reserves the right to limit or exclude users from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus would require Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before becoming withdrawable. Specific promotions may have different wagering requirements, which will be clearly communicated in the promotional terms.
Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10-20%). nona99 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting systems designed to exploit bonus terms (such as hedging strategies or low-risk betting patterns), colluding with other players, or any other activity that we determine to be inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts terminated, bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited.
All bonuses have an expiration period, typically thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. If wagering requirements are not met within the expiration period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Once a bonus expires, it cannot be reinstated.
If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds (minus any amounts already wagered and lost) will be available for withdrawal.
All players must adhere to fair play principles. The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. nona99 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, and accounts found to be using prohibited methods will be immediately suspended.
All games offered on nona99 utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical return over an extended period of play. Individual sessions may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market. In the event of a postponed or cancelled event, bets will be settled according to our sports betting rules, which are available on the sportsbook section of our website. For Indonesian football matches including BRI Liga 1, bets will follow official league rules and referee decisions are final.

If winnings have already been paid out due to an error, we reserve the right to deduct the incorrectly paid amount from your account balance or pursue recovery through legal means.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, or account issues, nona99's decision is final and binding. All disputes must be reported to our customer support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event. We will investigate all legitimate disputes in good faith and provide a written explanation of our decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nona99's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident or one million Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 1.000.000), whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we suspect any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any activity that may harm nona99, other players, or third parties. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: providing false information, bonus abuse, underage gambling, money laundering, or any prohibited activity listed in Section 7.5.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonuses or pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. We may charge a monthly administrative fee of fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50.000) on inactive accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
Upon account termination for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating new accounts with nona99. Outstanding debts or chargebacks may be pursued through legal channels.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Your use of nona99 services constitutes your agreement to submit to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal action in the appropriate Indonesian court.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nona99 regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
